- No. Your plan is built around the equipment you have — full gym, home setup, or minimal kit.
- What if I have an injury?
- Tell me at your assessment. Programming is adapted around injuries, and I'll refer you to a medical professional where appropriate.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Coaching is month-to-month — cancel anytime, no lock-in.
