Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the consultation form to enquire about coaching, we collect the information you give us:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your fitness goals and the message you write to us
- Your consent to be contacted
- Basic marketing attribution (the campaign or link that brought you here)
We also collect aggregate, privacy-friendly usage data through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site performs, and we set an essential session cookie if you sign in to the coaching app.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- Where the goals you describe relate to your health, we process that information only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the site secure, reliable, and fast.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers (processors) to run the site. We do not sell your personal data.
- Supabase — secure database and file storage where your enquiry is held.
- Resend — sends us the transactional email notifying us of your enquiry.
- Vercel — hosts the site and provides the privacy-friendly analytics above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our coaching relationship and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete your data
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Be told that we do not sell your personal data, and so have nothing to opt out of

Cookies
We set only an essential session cookie (used if you sign in) and rely on cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics for usage measurement. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
